CyanogenMod 13 CUSTOM ROM FOR GIONEE M2

CyanogenMod 13 for Gionee M2 is an aftermarket ROM based on Android Marshmallow. The ROM is super stable and super smooth. It can be used as a daily driver without any issues. I believe we all know about CM 13 for MT6582 and I don't need to tell you about it. This ROM is compiled from source by Ajit Guraya and ported by Admin2.
GPS, USSD, Calls, Camera, Video Recording, SMS, Bluetooth and other needed features are working in this ROM and it can be used as a daily driver.

How to flash Ressurection remix custom ROM on GIONEE M2

-flash latest TWRP for GIONEE M2 http://hibbydabby.blogspot.com /2016/09/collection-of-latest-twrp-recovery-for.html" target="_blank"> http://www.hibbydabby.blogspot.com/2016/09/collection-of-latest-twrp-recovery-for.html

-first of all put the ROM zip in the root of your SD card, (no folder at all)

- boot in the Recovery Mode
Switch ON the phone while pressing and holding Volume Up + Home + Power buttons together

-after which boot your device into TWRP recovery

-after which navigate to wipe system and perform a full data wipe by selecting >> wipe data/factory reset >> wipe cache>>wipe dalvik

-now go back and navigate to the SD card to select the ROM and click on yes.

-Google Apps: Repeat the above step for the Gapps zip file as well and install it on your phone.

Your hot note will boot now and it might take about 5 minutes to boot on your first time. So, please wait.

How to Fix a MTP USB Device Driver Problem [SURE WAY]

I connected my Android phone to my PC and I heard the USB connection sound but my phone’s storages weren’t detected (both Internal and SD card). I checked under Device Manager and noticed that MTP had a warning icon (yellow triangle) on it meaning it had somehow malfunctioned.

The i try solving the problem by Downloading MPT (Media Transfer Protocol) Porting Kit from Microsoft's official website yet it didn't solve the issue!

>>To Fix MTP USB Device Driver Problem

Go to Device Manager, under Portable Devices, right-click on MTP USB Device, and then click on Update Driver Software to update the MTP USB device driver.

>>Select “Let me pick from a List of device drivers on your computer”. The list will show installed driver software compatible with the device.

>>Select the driver you want to install and then click “Next”. Reconnect your mobile phone to your computer.
